So Many Kids But I Only See You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

“Come on guys, we have a plane to catch!” Pete yelled, ushering us into our old van.  We were heading off to LA so we can write and record our debut record. Alison was trying to say goodbye to Alex, unsuccessfully.

“I’ll call you okay Ali?” He said leaning his forehead against hers. She nodded, and I even think she was crying. He smiled and took off his beanie and put it over her head. “It’ll keep your ears warm.” She chuckled and kissed him again. That wasn’t the soppiest goodbye going on. Liana and Brendon were almost gut-wrenching.

They were making-out with each other, with Liana against the side of the van and Brendon almost attacking her. “I love you Lili.” He said, rubbing his nose against hers. “I love you too Brenny Bear.”

Like I said, puke material.

It took another 20 minutes to detach the couples and secure them in the van so they didn’t run back into the arms of their newly found boy-friends. Liana had her hand against the window and Brendon has his hand on the other side.

At that point I felt someone lace their hand with my own. I looked down and followed their arm up until I met Patrick’s friendly face. No one knew really, apart from Nicole, Liana and Adam. But Liana was too busy waving goodbye to Brendon even though we had turned the corner and she couldn’t see him, Nicole was sat in the front with Pete, who was driving and Adam. He had gone to see his parents. I didn’t see them as mine much anymore after everything.

I smiled at him and squeezed his hand in response. “Honestly, who catches planes at 4 in the fucking morning Wentz?” Jenn complained.  He shrugged from the driver’s seat as we pulled into Starbucks. “Excuse me; I thought we had a plane to catch?” Haley questioned. Pete unbuckled his seat belt.

“We do. It’s just that I find caffeine really gets you going on an early morning flight.” We all sighed and unbuckled our seat-belts. We really over-crowded Starbucks. How many people got up to have Starbucks at 4 in the morning?

Pete ordered for all of us, seeming to read our minds when it came to our caffeine intake. Patrick was still holding my hand when Pete handed me my Vanilla Latte. “Dude, why are you holding Grace’s hand?” Patrick quickly let go of my hand and room suddenly felt a lot colder without Patrick’s warmth. “I thought she was going to fall down, you know, since you got her up so early.” He lied smoothly. Pete shrugged.

“I thought you guys were dating or something. I mean, you’d be cute and all and the off spring. Lordy, the off spring.” I winced. Pete noticed and quickly changed he topic. “But, yeah, I mean. I really suspected you guys were dating when Nicole told me that Grace was moaning very loudly the other day when she was staying in your room...” My jaw dropped as I stared at Nicole.

“Nicole!”

She glanced over at me, then realised. “Pete, you dick! You promised you wouldn’t say!” Nicole ran over and pushed him. He tried so hard to look innocent but couldn’t pull it off without laughing. “I couldn’t help it! I mean, standing next to them, you can feel the love!” She slapped his arm and stormed off in a mood.

I just chuckled and I felt Patrick take my hand again. “You don’t mind then Pete?” I asked shyly. He chuckled and half-hugged me, as he only had one arm free. “You guys are so sweet together. And if it’s what you guys want, then go ahead.”

I was so sure that I was born a Wentz, not a Siska.

Almost positive.

Patrick moved his grip to my waist and walked with me back to van.  “Hey, are you two dating?” Jenn asked. Everyone laughed. “Even I noticed Halys. They were holding hands all the way here.” Alison stated, even though her eyes were all red and puffy.

We all clambered back into the van.  Nicole still sat upfront, with the addition of Haley. Me with Liana on my lap texting, Alison, Patrick and Jenn were squished in the back. Alison was texting Alex I think, even though she left, what, half an hour ago and Liana was texting both Brendon and Ryan.

The drive was quiet, mainly because Pete said that the caffeine in his system wasn’t working and needed to concentrate. Patrick had his hand on my leg, just below Liana’s thigh. I smiled up at him. Liana’s phone buzzed against my other leg.

“Liana. You and Brendon don’t have be attached to the hip.” I sighed. She put her middle finger up to me while I just laughed.

“So, is he any good at text sex?” I whispered in her ear. Her jaw dropped and she slapped my arm. “Ow!”  “What was that?” Pete asked. “Nothing Pete!” Liana yelled innocently, glaring at me. I saw his face in the mirror.

“Well, Brendon just graphically described the blow job Liana gave him last night. Liana also said he was pretty big.” That set everyone off laughing, Liana included for a moment before she crossed her arms.

“Well, Grace was just describing how Patrick is a screamer in the bedroom.”

Okay, it was on now.

“Liana apparently, according to Brendon here has a mole on her left butt cheek.” Nicole stopped us.

“Okay. Too much information.” Liana stared down at me. “You’re lucky that you’re my best friend otherwise I wouldn’t be talking to you right now.” I smiled and pecked her cheek. “Here we are kids! Airport!”

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery

This was the first time he had been nervous for a while.

Every time he stepped on stage, he was nervous but this was the nervousness of the unexpected. Would she remember him? How bad was she? Could she live through it?

With a sigh and a large intake of breath, he opened the door. There was that goddamned beeping again surrounding the whole room but something was different. The rhythm was faster, a calmer mood. He looked at the bed and here was the girl her loved, the woman he planned to marry, lying there helplessly. Her eyes were shut but her face seemed more serene from the last time he saw it. Her dead face. He shut his eyes, gulped and walked over to the chair that followed his position in her life.

He sat himself down and put his hand on hers which was by her side. She seemed to whimper at his touch. “Grace, if you can hear me. It’s Patrick baby. I’m right here.” He laced his fingers with hers and stroked the palm of her hand. Her hand flinched, he was certain. Her eye-lids fluttered slightly so Patrick stood up quickly and stood over her, stroking her hair with his spare hand. “You can do it baby, open your eyes.”

The sheer brightness reflecting off the white walls was enough to put stars in your vision. As Grace opened her crystal blue eyes, the first sight she saw was a beautiful and defiantly tired Patrick. “Hey baby.” He whispered, stroking her hair. She blinked multiple times until the room became clear, and to make sure she wasn’t dreaming. The pain in her side defiantly wasn’t a dream as she shuffled slightly. “Baby, try not to move. You could open up your wound or something.”

She nodded, but still tried sitting up. “Patrick, I’m sorry. I really am...” Patrick covered her mouth with his hand and smiled at the sound of her voice, even if it was hoarse. “You have nothing to be sorry babe. You did nothing wrong.” She disagreed. She shouldn’t have started talking to him. She shouldn’t have left it so long to shout for help. She shouldn’t have gone out in the first place.

She took hold of Patrick’s hand and put it against her cheek, rubbing against it. “I was an idiot Trick. I was a stupid idiot and none of this would have never had happened if I went back inside with Jess. I shouldn’t have gone out by myself. I’m sorry I put you through this whole mess with me. I don’t deserve it. I really don’t. I wouldn’t blame you if you wanted your engagement ring back.” She whispered, twisting it around her finger.

Patrick covered that hand with his own. “Now, you are going to keep that ring because you are going to marry me. No matter how much of a danger magnet you are. You need me to protect you, and no matter how cheesy or corny this sounds. I love you, and tonight was one of the worst nights of my life because I didn’t know whether you coming out of this alive. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and no rapist is going to change that. When your heart stopped, all I could was stare at you, thinking about all the stuff we could have done if I was there to protect you. Then you wake up and I can my future again because, to be quite honest here. I have no future plans that don’t involve or the two beautiful children you have given me.”

She was already welling up, and as much as she didn’t want comforting, she wanted Patrick to wrap her up safely in his arms. She wiped away her tears while Patrick committed to her wishes and wrapped his arms around her shoulders while she cried. He rubbed down her back, fingering her spine before planting a small kiss on her forehead. “I love you Patrick. I really do.” She wept into Patrick’s chest.

Patrick smiled to himself, letting her hoarse but enchanting words fill his whole soul with warmth. “I know. And I love you.” She looked up into his emerald eyes and shut her eyes while Patrick brushed his lips against softly, leaving a lingering taste of Grace on his lips. Grace still with her eyes shut, took Patrick’s face between her hands and led his lips back onto hers for a longer, more passionate kiss.

They’re lips moved together, reacting whenever the other moved their lips position. Patrick’ tongue sipped through her cracked pale lips, telling Grace that she wasn’t dreaming that she was still alive because whenever Patrick kissed her in this way, her nerve endings would tingle with electricity.

Two small and quiet knocks interrupted them. Patrick let Grace’s lips go, unwillingly, he might add as Jess walked through the door, Pete gripping her hand. She raced over to her side and engulfed her in a massive hug. “Oh my god. I thought you were going to die Grace. Do you know how much stress I’m under? My baby is going to turn out retarded because of you.” She said, keeping her wrapped up tightly.

“Jess.” Grace’s hoarse voice replied. “Mmh?”

“Your baby has Pete Wentz as a father. It had no luck to begin with; it’s going to be retarded.” Jess’s jaw dropped but from Patrick’s side, Pete chuckled. “I see your sense of humour is still intact.” He said, ruffling her hair. Grace smiled and looked up at the window. William was outside, waving.

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery

After being escorted out the room, the rush Grace’s now lifeless body was kinda calming. I mean, at least they were doing something. He could see them zap Grace’s chest and her body jump off the bed and land back down again. He saw the nurse check her wound, and nod when it was bleeding again.

Why didn’t he notice the blood?

He looked down on his hand; there was a small amount of red liquid across his palm. Jess was gazing through the glass, crying her eyes out with Pete standing behind her. Laura couldn’t look so Will was comforting her. Everyone left Patrick alone; they didn’t know how he would react.

One of the nurses came out with a solemn look on her face. “I’m looking for Grace’s fiancé?” Patrick looked up under his eyelashes. “I’m afraid your fiancé has some internal bleeding we didn’t notice before. We managed to resuscitate her but she’s going to have urgent surgery. They’re transferring her now, but there is a 15% chance that she won’t make it. I’m very sorry.” She actually looked sympathetic. Patrick looked back through the glass to the woman lying under the bloodstained sheets with the IV’s being pulled out of her arms. His eyes glassed over with tears as he removed his glasses to wipe them away.

Three nurses came out of her room, with her lying helplessly on the bed. He followed them until the elevator where he was told he couldn’t go any further. “She’s my fiancée, I have to be there. I have to...” The nurse sighed but shook her head. “I’m sorry. We’ll come and talk to you after her surgery.” The doors shut and Patrick collapsed in front of them. His fists banged the floor as tears fell on them. His head fell onto the floor as he curled up in a ball, holding himself together, or more like trying to keep himself together. He felt steady hands lift him up and support him until he was sat down again. Pete was kneeling in front of him, tears now in his eyes. “Listen Patrick, Grace will make it out alive. She’s a fighter remember? Like when she had Mel?” Patrick nodded, and remembered.

“Sir, you will have to leave. We need more space.” The nurse stated pushing him back. Patrick wanted to stay beside Grace, not matter how much she begged. “No, I don’t want him to go.” She pleaded, reaching her hand out for him. She as sweating so much sat in that uncomfortable position. “Let me stay, please.” He begged for her. The nurse sighed and let him take up his place holding Grace’s hand. “Be strong my love. You can do it.” He reassured.

She nodded and gritted her teeth together again in pain. The nurses around them were telling her to push, the baby needed come out. It couldn’t breathe properly. Patrick had no feeling in his hand Grace has gripped it so hard. “Dr. we’re losing a lot of blood here.” The nurse at Grace’s waist said. The doctor pulled on her gloves, and went in-between her legs. “It’s too late. Okay Grace, listen to me. I want you push really hard then we can sort you both out okay?” Grace nodded her sweaty head. She let go of Patrick’s hand and gripped the railways, leaning forward gritting her teeth together.

Then she fell back onto the pillows, panting. The doctor rushed the child away while one of the nurses placed a flannel over her forehead. “Sir, you will need to leave now. Your girlfriend has lost a lot of blood.” Grace’s eyes shut and the nurse panicked. “We need that blood now!” The nurse put a small needle in her hand and replaced it with a tube attached the plastic bag above the bed. Another nurse came in and hung a bag of red liquid above the bed also, attaching it to the tube. Soon enough, the blood flew down the tube into his girlfriend’s body. The doctor came back, holding small bundle of pink in her arms. “Congratulations, it’s a girl.” She passed him the bundle and left, checking Grace’s stats before. He looked down at the child, his, no their daughter. The child still had her eyes closed but shuffled around grabbing Patrick’s finger. “Hello little one. I’m your daddy.”

“Mr. Stump.” He heard in his dream. The shrill female voice was invading on his dreams. He opened his eyes and the nurse that took Grace away was kneeling in front of him. “Sorry to wake you, but you have a phone call.” He nodded and followed her towards the reception, taking the phone from the withered receptionist. “Hello?” He yawned. “Patrick, dude. Where do you keep Freddie’s bottles? Andy seriously can’t find them.” He didn’t even have to think. “The cupboard above the sink. Add hot water and test it on your wrist in case it’s too hot or cold, then just give it to him and he should be okay.” He heard Joe direct Andy around before returning back to the phone. “Is she okay?” Patrick took off his glasses and rubbed the bridge of his nose between his thumb and forefinger. “I actually don’t know. She had an internal bleed. She was in surgery last time I heard anything.”

At that moment, someone tapped him on his shoulder. “Excuse me Mr. Stump.” With no farewell, h hung up the phone and looked at the nurse. “What is it? Is she okay?” The nurse smiled and led him down the corridor. “She’s awake in room four. She’s been asking for you.”

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery (Squeal To Little Less Than Sixteen Candles)

How long had it been since the doctor came out? Anyone to even talked to them?

Jess was uncomfortable in the plastic chairs the hospital had provided for them. Will was already beating himself up, with a bandaged knuckle. Laura was shaken up, her and Jess both wished they had gone with her to get air. “Why didn’t I go outside with her?” Jess asked herself. She’d been asking herself that same question for the past two hours.

She really needed Pete’s shoulder to cry on, desperately. Patrick and him still weren’t there, no matter how many times that they had called asking where the hell they were.

The doors suddenly flapped open, and there they finally were. Patrick looked a complete mess; his eyes were red and swollen framed by thick black glasses. He had obviously been in a rush, he had no hat on his head and his clothes were unchanged. Pete seemed to have kept it together, but as soon as he saw Jess, he ran to her engulfing her in a hug.

Jess wrapped herself around him and let the tears fall onto his shoulder. “Jess, thank god you’re okay.” He placed his lips on her forehead and left them there for a few seconds.

Patrick was pacing up and down the massive blank hallway. This, of course, wasn’t the first time they had been in a hospital because Grace was hurt. He didn’t want her to be here again under these circumstances.

“What happened? What have the doctors said about her?” Pete asked Jess softly, still holding her, even though she was in hysterics. “She was in surgery last time anyone came to speak to us. There was so much blood and she was knocked out and, oh god.” Tears flowed harder as Pete wrapped his hoodie around her before embracing her again.

Laura was silent, hugging her knees on the floor rocking backwards and forwards. Will was massaging his knuckles, quiet and uncomfortable. Patrick banged the wall with his fist. “Can someone tell me what the fuck is happening with her!?” He roared.

“Come on Trick, calm down. Ask a doctor and be calm about it.” Pete said calmly. At that moment, a young female doctor walked through the door. She looked like she hadn’t slept in hours. “Umm, I’m looking for Jessica Wentz?” She asked, looking around at the group. “That’s me.” Jess choked.

“I’m Dr. Greenway, I’ve just checked on Grace and she seems to be doing exceptionally well. She should be coming round in the next hour, all being well.” She stated smiling. “Can I go wait for her to wake up?” Patrick asked, taking the doctor by surprise. “Sorry, family only.” She noted sympathetically. “I am her family, I’m her fiancé.” The doctor nodded and lead him through into a small private room.

The girl in the bed seemed too small and fragile to be the woman he asked to marry only the day before. The tubes coming out of her arms, the IV’s wrapping around her wrists leading into various machines. The familiar beeping filled the room with the rhythm of Grace’s heart beat.

Beep, beep. Beep, beep. Beep, beep.

Patrick sat down in the closest chair possible and stroked her exposed arm, bruises emerging across the white porcelain skin. Her hair was knotted across the pillows, tattered across the fabric. Her lip’s seemed to be smudged across her jaw while her eyes seemed darker and bigger than he remembered. He took hold of one of her hands and placed it on his cheek, pecking her palm.

His tears were bitter across his lips as he wiped them away with his spare hand. He put her hand down and wiped his tears way more efficiently. He observed her chest move up and down with her breathing, the only sign he could see that she was alive. He put his hand over her heart so he could feel the rhythm rather than hear it. The thumping was somehow comforting.

“You listen to me Grace. You will come out of this and you will live goddamn you. I love you too much for you to die. Just please do this for me. Please live. Please.” He rested his head on the bed by her hip and rubbed her leg with one of his hands.

Suddenly a change in rhythm,  where did it go?

So Many Kids But I Only See You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

I just shut my eyes, waiting for him to pack up and leave. But he didn’t, he just seemed to sit there in silence. “What do you mean, how did you lead him on?” I felt him shuffle, surprising closer towards me.

“We were talking, and well we kissed. Then he invited me upstairs, and I should have known what he wanted. Well, I did and I just did it with him. I feel like such a whore. And you don’t deserve me fucking around with you, you deserve so much better than me and...” He kissed me, passionately. That I really wasn’t expecting.

He let me go eventually. “I don’t care anymore. Let what happened stay in the past.” He took my face in-between his icy hands. I nodded and put one of my hands on his. “William just, sometimes, doesn’t know when to stop. What he said was totally out of line.” I tried to keep my eyes from watering.

“Can you stop being so nice to me? I really don’t deserve it.” He kissed me again, more softly this time. I felt like I was drowning and he was my only source of oxygen, keeping me alive.

“Can you stop beating yourself up now? Or will I have to kiss you again?” I couldn’t muster enough breath to say anything. He smirked and kissed me again. I wrapped myself around him. I had to admit that I was falling hard for him, even though that is what I had been trying to avoid since everything. The person I loved hurt me and gave me Sammy, but I still loved him, and just looking at him made me weak in the knees. But that was then, and Patrick was now.

He was nipping at my neck, and I desperately hoped he wouldn’t leave any purple bruises on my neck. His hand was already getting under my t-shirt, grabbing my chest. His other hand was caressing my back, fiddling with the clutch on my bra. I got my arms free and helped him out by pulling my t-shirt over my head and dropping it on the floor.

His eyes grew wider as I attacked him before his hands went back to my chest.  A man’s obsession with boobs is something that freaks me out. I was straddling him, kissing his neck and face. He flipped us and pinned my wrists beside my head before gasping for air.

His lips crashed against mine and he let my wrists go as I tried to pull his shirt off quickly. I threw it across the room and started on his belt buckle, even though my concentration was absorbed elsewhere. One of his hands was trying to get into my pants while the other was supporting him above me. I managed to unzip his jeans and stuck my hand inside his jeans. His eyes shot open as I grabbed him, and he bit his lip.

I licked his neck, kissing it ever so often.  I took my hand out and put it back around his neck with my other hand. He put his hand back into my jeans and was attempting to get under my underwear. “Why is your underwear fucking skin-tight?” He whispered. I just chuckled and went back to kiss him.

“Okay... This is weird.” I heard someone mutter. A female voice, defiantly. Liana? I glanced to my side and Liana was leaning against the wall. I grabbed Patrick’s hand and pulled it out of my jeans. “Oh, what’s up?”  He asked, shocked. I pointed towards Liana and he quickly jumped off me, and like Brendon the night before, fell off the bed.

Speaking of the devil, he came inside and tackled Liana from behind and he went straight for her neck. “Bren, we can’t.” He looked up, disappointed. I quickly pulled the pillow to cover my exposed chest. “Brendon, hi. Umm.” I whispered. Liana was close to laughing. She was probably thinking that this was a good revenge.

Patrick had put his hat back on and popped out from under the bed. “Hey Brendon. Nice to see you.” He whispered, looking at me with flushed cheeks. I laughed him, tucking a strand of hair behind his ear. Brendon was finding this just strange.

“Umm, if you guys don’t mind. I’m seriously horney and this girl right here promised to give me the best blow-job I’ve ever had so...” He pointed to the door, but Liana slapped him.

I burst out laughing. “Liana you dirty girl!” I yelled in hysterics. “You should have seen Alison. She hasn’t surfaced. Still. Jenn went to check on her and there was a guy in bed with her, his beanie still in place apparently.” I laughed loudly again. “Oh god. You girls have amazing powers on musicians don’t cha?” Brendon whispered snuggling against Liana’s neck.

Patrick passed me my shirt and found his own. We put them on and when we were escorted out of the room, I just had to say it. “See ya Liana. Have a great blow-job Brendon!” I made it even a little bit louder, just for her.

Patrick walked me back to Alison’s room, and when I knocked, Alex Gaskarth answered, in a towel, his chest dripping wet. I started laughing so he decided to shut the door. Patrick pecked my cheek and left to see Pete and Ashley. I went to see Adam.

He eventually let me stay with him as well, every room had some form of sexual activity going on.

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery {Squeal To Little Less Than Sixteen Candles}

Patrick and Pete were knocked out even before the movie was half-way through. The television was still quiet, as the guys didn’t want to wake up the children. Pete had taken to snuggling up with Patrick’s legs, resting his head on his knees. Whereas Patrick had taken a pillow to grip and hold to control his normal arrangements in bed. Pete moved his lanky, tattooed arms around his best friend’s legs and hugged them tightly, rubbing his cheek against the denim.

Another punch to the gut as she screamed again. Where was everyone, did they all become fucking deaf in the last twenty minutes? All she could think was for him stop and leave her alone. He could take whatever he wanted. Please, just leave her alone. His hands were all over her body, tearing at her dress, bruising her body. She had to get away; she had to make him stop.

She tried to push him away, using the little force her body could offer. He moved back slightly, but just stared at her, the dark smile returning to his face. He reached down into his pocket, pulling out something small. The item reflected off the neon lights coming from the club. She screamed again, yelling for help. Someone to come save her. He threw his hand over her mouth and put the item to her stomach. “Don’t scream, you wouldn’t.”

Her breathing was seriously ragged; the fear was sending shivers up and down her grazed spine. She could feel the blade against the fabric of her dress, it would easily be ripped through with that. She quickly grabbed his hand to try and pull him off her mouth, so she could scream. She used her other hand to pull away his other hand away. “Help me! Someone!” The next few seconds were a blur, except for a small ripping pain across her stomach. She fell down, gripping the wound on her lower stomach. She could hear someone, a man, she thought, shouting her name. Her attacker ran in fear but her saviour managed to at least get one punch at him.

“Oh god. Grace, come on. Are you okay?” Long, thin fingers pulled her up by her shoulders and supported her against his tall, lanky body. She looked up at him, his features blurred in the darkness. “Thank you. Thank you.” She whispered, still trying to keep her wound from bleeding. She collapsed, the bleeding was far too heavy for such a small wound. “What’s wrong?” He looked down at her hand, and inched it away slightly. The blood oozed across her pale complexion, staining the purple fabric with salty blood. She looked up again and her breathing edged closer to completely stopping. “Will?” She gasped.

The ring of a phone awoke both grown men from their cuddle. “Jess, answer it.” Pete muttered, snuggling more into Patrick’s leg. Patrick opened his eyes slightly, scared when he saw Pete pretty much drooling on his leg. “Pete, get off!” He hissed loudly. Pete opened his eyes and noticed his position on Patrick. “Sorry dude.” He said. The phone was still ringing, so Patrick ran to answer it before they hung up. Patrick managed to catch it. “Hello?”

“Oh god. Patrick. There you are, what the fuck took you so long?” It was Jess, and she sounded pissed. Maybe even upset. “Okay. Right, calm down. And tell me what’s up.”

“It’s Grace. We were in this club and she went out for some air and...” He could hear her get into hysterics. “Oh god. She got stabbed Patrick. This guy, he tried to. Oh god, I can’t say it. I just can’t.” Patrick gripped the countertop. Did he hear what she said right? Grace was... stabbed. “Patrick?” What was William doing there? “Will. What is going on!?” Patrick was scared now. “Patrick listen, this guy. He was trying to... rape her, man. He had a knife and she pushed him off, but he went for her when I heard her scream. I pulled him off but he ran. I fucking missed the bastard too and punched the wall.” Patrick felt like his whole world was crashed down. “Please, Will. Is she okay? Is she fucking alive?”

“Yeah. She’ll be alright. The doctor’s are checking her out, I think it’ll be best if you get down here.”

“Just give me ten minutes Will.” He slammed the phone down on the counter and grabbed his keys. “What’s going on? Patrick?” Pete asked, running after him. “Watch the kids. I’ll be back soon.” Pete grabbed his shoulder. “What the fuck is going on? Is Jess okay?” Patrick nodded and quickly wiped away his tears. “It’s Grace, she’s been... stabbed.”

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery (Squeal To A Little Less Than Sixteen Candles)

“Guys, it’s really stuffy in here.” Grace complained, drowning her water. Laura wasn’t really paying attention; she was having fun with Jess. Grace inhaled and exhaled deeply, trying to control her nerves. Costrophobia was bitch to live with. She glanced out towards the dance floor, laughing at Jess who was a worse dancer then Pete. And that was saying something. Laura was talking to different women and men in fact, about fashion. She smiled, she was happy to have chosen this life. Unfortunately, the crowded room was starting to react with Grace’s lungs. Her breathing technique got harder to accomplish. She managed to exhale again, but chose that the unbearable close proximity was too much for her. “Guy’s! I need to get some fresh air!” She yelled over the horrendously loud music. Laura nodded in her direction, but went back to her fashion friends quickly. Jess looked up at linked her arm with hers. “Baby also needs some air.” She said, rubbing her stomach. Grace chuckled and led Jess out the club, just as a familiar song blasted through the speakers.

When I met you, you were on your back.
We still spend most afternoons like that,
but not for long.
I find myself enjoying you,
but you play these reckless games
you’ll never lose
as long as I’m around.

Do you want to tie me up?
Do you want to tie me down?
Go ahead and do it now.

“Come on Grace! It’s Beware Cougar!” Jess yelled, pulling her back into the sweaty club. Grace shook her head, trying to concentrate on her breathing. That’s was William’s voice, and after what happened, she couldn’t bear to hear it again. Jess shrugged and went back into the club, grabbing Laura so they could dance. Grace chuckled and stepped out of club into the clean, cold Chicago air. For mid-October, it was freezing. She leant against the bricks of the outer walls, observing the innocent people dragging the tobacco and nicotine into their lungs. The smoke hazed over them, almost making them disappear. “You alright love?” A tall, tanned man enquired, dragging on a cigarette. Grace nodded slowly, trying to get as much clean air as possible. “You look like you’re having a panic attack.” He noted. He grabbed her arm and started dragging her away.

“Pete, this movie sucks.” Patrick whined, eating another handful of popcorn. He shrugged. “It has beautiful girls being attacked by vampires in dark alleys. What else is there?” Patrick sighed and just settled for the god dammed vampire movie he really didn’t want to watch. The news blasted through the speakers as the TV switched on. The female broadcaster was reporting on a serial rapist loose in Chicago. Patrick gulped. Pete just stared. “How could some sick bastard ever do that to an innocent girl? It just makes you think what the fuck the world has come to doesn’t it?” Patrick just nodded. “You think Grace, Laura and Jess are gonna be okay?” Pete nodded. “They’re smart. We’ll be walking through that door soon, complaining that their feet hurt because their heels were too high or something.” Patrick couldn’t help but let a chuckle escape his lips. Pete was always so optimistic.

The man pulled her down the dark alley near the club; she could still here the music blasting loudly. “Thanks for your concern, but really... I’m okay.” The man chuckled darkly, it was almost sinister. As soon as they were invisible from the club, he pushed her up against the wall. The clammy grey bricks grazed against the bare skin of her back and shoulders. “You really should be more careful.” He whispered in a menacing tone in her ear.

So Many Kids But I Only Se You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

“What the hell!? Get off him!” I screamed, grabbing Pete’s fist. The whole commotion had gained a hell of a lot of attention. Pete ripped his fist away from me so he could continue to batter Will with Patrick. “Stop it! Now!” I yelled at them, with no avail.

Nicole and Haley were trying to get Patrick off him, again with no luck. Jenn had ran, she always had a fear of blood. This left me and Liana trying to grab Pete before he did some real damage.

I grabbed his waist tightly and started yanking him away, but I had to let go when his elbow smacked my nose. I could taste the sour copper in my mouth as it flowed over my lips. Liana rushed over to my side. “Are you alright?”

I nodded, squeezing my nostrils together. Brendon had finally stepped in, taking Pete by his arms and escorted him away. Ryan and Jon took Patrick, one each back into the bathroom. Haley and Nicole lifted William up and into the elevator, so they could clean him up.

Liana was bent over me, wiping my blood off my face. “Let’s get you upstairs.” She said softly.

I looked around and saw a small form quivering in the corner. “One sec.” I stumbled towards it and bent down to her face.

“I’m sorry Sammy, you shouldn’t have seen that.” Her hazel eyes were glassed over with fear. “My daddy hit you. My daddy was hurting Uncle Will.” I sighed and lifted her up, balancing her on my left hip.

“Your daddy was very angry. Your Uncle Will said something very hurtful to daddy and Uncle Patrick.” She snuggled her head into my chest and shut her eyes.

“I don’t like my daddy when he’s angry.”

I rubbed my now clean cheek on her hair. “It’s okay. Your daddy will be alright in a few minutes.” She nodded as I carried her towards the lift.

Liana was shocked and maybe even a bit happy. “Since when are you maternal?” She hissed in my ear as we got into the elevator.

Still balancing Sammy, I pushed the button for our floor. “So, Brendon any good?” I asked.

Liana blushed. “Not in front of the child please.” She whispered, hiding her face away. “What were you and Uncle Brendon doing?” Sammy asked, directing her vision to Liana.

“Well, umm. We were playing a game. And he was very good at it actually.” She muttered in my direction. I chuckled softly and cooed over Sammy’s curiosity.

I looked down at the small child, her eyes the same glimmer of her father. I could see that she had inherited something from her mother, her hair was a reddy blonde that shimmered brunette in the right light. In a nutshell, she was beautiful.

That’s why I had to give her back to Ashley. And fast.

As soon as we reached the third floor, we were confronted with Ashley. “Oh thank god you have her. Pete completely forgot about her!” She stole her from my arms.

“It’s okay.” Ashley looked at my nose. “What happened to you?” I shrugged. “I walked into a door this morning.” I was used to lying by now, that it became a normal daily routine.

“What happened downstairs? Pete came back with blood all over him.” She shuddered. I gulped and looked towards Liana. “Pete and Patrick got into a fight with William.”

Ashley followed me and Liana to our room, pulling Sammy behind her. “Over what?” I gulped; I didn’t really want to say.

‘Well, over me. You see, I’m sort of dating Patrick but the first night I was here, I fucked Will because; hell it wasn’t the first time. Then, Will told Patrick that I was great in that department and they launched at him. See not that complicated really!’

Instead I just shrugged, and whispered. “Something about me. You know Pete gets over someone he loves.”

Ashley nodded in agreement. I walked with Liana into my room, hoping that Will hadn’t been taken there. I really didn’t need to see him or anyone right now.

I opened the door and was forced to face him.

“Patrick.” My voice came out in a short gasp.

He looked at me, ashamed or just disappointed. “Are you okay?” He just nodded. Liana practically ran out of the room.

“Look about William...”

“It doesn’t matter anymore. He was smug about it. That’s what set us off. Dick.”

I sighed loudly. “Patrick, it’s my fault.” I said quietly, sitting next to him.

“No it’s not.” I gulped.

“It is. Because I led him on.”

So Many Kids But I Only See You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

Neither of us said anything for a few moments. He was angry, and I was in shock. I waited for him to lecture me, when I realised. What exactly did Will tell him?

If he knew about last night, I could deal with it, but if he said to Adam about our past, my whole life I’d spent 5 year building would be destroyed.

The secret would be out and no one would ever forgive the decisions I had made. “Adam...” I stuttered, lifting my head slightly. He nodded in my direction. “What Will said. I’m sorry.” I muttered quickly. He inhaled sharply but continued to look out of the window. “It was a massive mistake.” He nodded a long, then he suddenly spoke.

“Don’t worry about me, you have tell Patrick. He doesn’t deserve to be fucked around with. And neither does William.” I gulped and nodded. He smiled weakly and came over before pecking my forehead. “Good girl.” With that, he left the room, leaving me to ponder on my thoughts.

I leant my head on my knees and sighed. Should I tell Patrick? Would he leave me? I decided I’d better get dressed first.

I was glad that I grabbed some clothes form my room, or I don’t know what the hell I would find in my room this morning.

No, I didn’t want to  see Brendon Urie’s naked ass, much to my secret fan-girl’s disappointment.

I dressed in my favourite panic shirt and purple skinny jeans. I dragged what I hoped was Patrick’s hairbrush through my hair quickly. I looked like I had major sex hair (which would be relevant, but I didn’t want to make it obvious) so I managed to dig out one of Patrick’s hats from his suitcase. I hoped he wouldn’t mind. With that, I left the room on hunt for Patrick so I could apologize.

I didn’t have to look far. He was sat on the floor outside the room. He quickly stood up and straightened his denim jacket. “One, I’m really sorry I stormed out and two, is that my Fender cap you’re wearing?” I smiled and clutched the cap.

“Maybe.”

He chuckled and shrugged his arm around my shoulder. “I don’t mind, it looks good on you.” I smiled weakly. “Patrick, we need to talk.” I whispered. He looked really worried. “Did I say or do something wrong?”

My smile grew as I shook my head. “No, I have. One, I’m really sorry about Adam assaulting you. It was totally uncalled for...”

“He was just protecting you. I would have done the same thing...”

“Patrick, you really need to listen to me.”

He stopped and stared at me with stupidly amazing emerald eyes he possessed. “I did something incredibly stupid. It was before all this but, it was stupid all the same. I’m really sorry.” He shushed me. “It’s okay. Don’t apologize to me for something you regret. It can’t be that bad.”

I looked down and sighed.

“Patrick, I don’t know what to say exactly. It’s kinda difficult.” He shrugged and pushed the button for the elevator. I gulped as Patrick squeezed me closer.

“Are you going to keep me in suspense or tell me your big dark secret?”

Well not my biggest secret.

“Okay, Trick. The night I...” The elevator pinged. “Let’s get in then my dear.” It was empty thankfully. I stepped in, Patrick closely behind. The metallic doors shut and I inhaled a deep breath. “Patrick, please listen. The night I came here, I got talking to William and well, we’d known each other because of Adam before I moved.”

He was nodding along, totally unaware of my bombshell.

“Well, in the past, we were pretty stupid and we started arguing about it and, he kissed me.” I heard him breathe in sharply and tighten the hold he had over me. I exhaled. “That’s not so bad I suppose. Could have been worse. Like if you had slept with him then, well...”

I had to bit my tongue very hard so I wouldn’t say it, but my honesty was flowing up my throat, the words stealing over my vocal cords.

“Patrick, I did.” I whispered. He stared down at me.

“Excuse me?”

I sighed; the truth was just flowing through my veins now.

“Patrick, I slept with William Beckett!”

I yelled. I looked towards the door to find it open, my friends staring at me.

“Huh?” Liana said the closest to my outburst.

I gulped as I meet the appalled, shocked eyes of my friends.

Pete was the worst to look at, especially with little Sammy in his arms. William just looked smug.

“Can’t blame you Patrick, she absolutely fantastic in that department.” He murmured. All I saw was Pete and Patrick flying for Will.

So Many Kids But I Only See You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

Something was tickling my waist, which woke me up. I opened my eyes slowly and saw Patrick staring at me. “What are you doing?” I asked in a soft whisper. He shrugged and moved his hand towards my face and stroked it gently. “You’re creepy.” I teased, before taking his hand.

He was smiling widely and shifted himself closer towards me. “Listen, you don’t regret anything about last night?” I asked out of curiosity. He shook his head and nuzzled my nose with his own.  “What about you?” I shook my head and shut my eyes again. “Don’t go to sleep on me now.” He whined, shaking my shoulder. I sighed, groaned then opened my eyes. “How do you deal with not having sleep?” I asked, yawning. “You get used to it. 4 hours of sleep a night is normally more than we get.”  I whined over-dramatically and under the duvet.

Patrick came after me, starting to tickle my sides. “Stop it!” I screamed through giggling. He kissed me quickly so I stopped screaming, even though I was still chuckling quietly. The whole thing soon turned into quite a serious event, he was soft and gentle against me. One thing lead to another, and for the second time since getting together we were, well, having sex. “Gracie. Pete said you were in here and... Oh my fucking god!” Nicole yelled. Patrick leapt off me onto his side of the bed.

“Sorry. Umm, Patrick. Pete said Gracie was staying in here and. I’m really sorry.” She murmured, standing with her back to us. I clenched the blanket to my chest. “Nici?” I asked. She turned around, her expression said everything. “What the hell?” She asked quietly. “”Umm. This must be a shock and all. Just promise me you won’t tell anyone. Especially Pete and Adam.”

She shushed me. “Okay, I won’t tell. But what the hell? Are you two dating or something?” Patrick managed to find his underwear and walked up to her. “Umm, yes we are. Just keep it to yourself until we’re ready to tell everyone yeah?”  She nodded, and gulped loudly. “I’m going to change. I’ll see you guys later.” Patrick stuttered, running into the bathroom. As soon as the door shut, I was confronted. “When did all this happen?” She asked, sitting down at my feet. “Last night. He kissed me and I kind of kissed back?” Nicole sighed. “Was that a statement or a question?” She asked sarcasm prominent in her voice.

“A statement.” I replied harshly. “Sorry. It’s just. I’ve never seen you with anyone, it’s scary. My best friend is growing up!” She said, softer than before and pinched my cheek.  “Whatever. I can have boyfriends you nitwit.” She chuckled. “When is this going to be announced then?” I shrugged. “Not for a while. I’m worried what Pete or Adam will say.” Nicole nodded along. “I would be too. You better get ready. Pete wanted us downstairs for a meeting to talk about arrangements in LA.” I nodded. She tapped my knee and within seconds she was gone. I sighed and fell back onto bed, my head hitting the pillow hard.

I pulled the duvet over my head and screamed. It was a quiet one, one of those screams when you’re frustrated and you don’t know what else to do. The duvet was pulled off my face. I looked up to Patrick. “Don’t suffocate yourself. I only just got you to go out with me.” I sighed and sat up. “We didn’t need that. We really didn’t.” He shrugged and sat next to me. “Sometimes, you get handed the stuff you really don’t want. You just have to accept it and move on.” I smiled as he ruffled my hair and pecked my forehead. “Thanks Trick.”

He grinned and caressed my face. “It’s not a problem babe.” He started twirling small strands of my hair around his index finger. I smiled as he leaned into kiss me. “Grace! Come on, time to get up. Patrick, what the fuck!? Get off her!” I heard a man yell before Patrick was pulled off me. Adam looked furious. I gulped as he had Patrick by his shirt; threatening to throw a punch his way.

“Adam! Don’t hurt him!”

His nostrils were flaring up as he put his fist down to his side and let Patrick go.

“What the fuck man!? She’s eighteen! I just found her! Can’t you keep your fucking pants on?!” Patrick seemed to swallow his pride and storm out of the room.

As soon as the door slammed, I glared at Adam. “What the fuck Adam!?” I yelled. “He shouldn’t take advantage of you. He shouldn’t.” I sighed.

“In the name of Gabe. I’m eighteen. I’m quite old enough to make my own choices.” He sneered.

“You’re also old enough to sleep around huh?” I gulped.

“What the hell is that supposed to mean?” He leant his head against the wall, his hands either side of it. “I know about Will.”

I froze.

“What about him?” He inhaled sharply. “What you guys did. He told me.”

I hid my head in my hands.

“What exactly did he tell you?”

He gulped and looked towards the closed window.

“That you two sleep together. I know Grace. I know.”

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery [Squeal To A Little Less Than Sixteen Candles]

“You sure you can handle two toddlers and a baby?” Grace asked again as she was fixing her hair. “Me and Pete are capable. Plus, I’d like to spend some time with them. I have been away a lot.” She nodded and finally settled on leaving her hair down and wavy. Patrick wrapped his arms around her shoulders. “You look really pretty.” He said smiling as he looked in the mirror. “Thanks. Now, what to wear?” Grace asked herself, breaking Patrick’s grip as she stood up. Patrick laughed and shook his head as his fiancé held up the small amount of dresses she owned. “Patrick?” She asked sweetly. “What is it?” He replied. “Which dress do you like best, I can’t pick...” he shook his head and looked at the five dresses lying on the bed. They were all knee-length; one was green with lots of green lace that she wore to the VMA’s once, two black ones, two red ones and a purple one. “I personally like this one.” He said, holding the purple one against his body. Grace laughed. “Honey, that’s very fetching but it’s meant for me.” He shook his head and held it out for her. “Thanks.” She slipped it over her underwear and turned her back to Patrick. “Zip me?” His hands naturally guided the zip across her spine. “You look so beautiful.” Patrick whispered in her ear. Grace chuckled and tapped his cheek.

The doorbell went. “That’ll be Jess and Pete.” Patrick said, letting Grace go. “You let them in, I’ll get Laura.” He nodded and kissed her quickly and softly.  Patrick slowly walked down the stairs and opened the front door. He was greeted by Pete, dressed in his normal attire, Jess dressed in a knee length skirt and smart shirt and then a small child, aged about three smiling up at him. “UNCLE PATRICK!” The girl yelled. She defiantly inherited her father’s mouth. And lung capacity. “Hey Cassie.” He bent down and let the child hug him. He pretended to fall down. “Careful honey. You’re so strong.” Cassie laughed and ran into the living room to play with Melody. “Need a hand?” Pete said, pulling his friend off the floor. “You look great Jess.” Patrick noted, looking at her. Jess shrugged and twirled around. “Hopefully no one will notice I’m pregnant.” Pete laughed and bent down before rubbing her belly. “Hey baby, look after your mother tonight.” Jess sighed. “Get up you soft idiot.” She said, rubbing his head. “Awww, how cute.” Grace said as she walked down the stairs with Laura behind her. Pete’s eyes were wide staring at her. “Pete close your mouth. She’s too young for you.” Jess teased. Grace chuckled and wrapped Pete up in a friendly hug. “Wow, Jess you look stunning.” Grace stated, spinning her around. “Thanks. I would say the same to you but Pete’s already given you his opinion.” They giggled and Grace grabbed her bag and Laura’s hand. “Okay guys, there’s already some stuff in the oven; you just need to take it out in about half an hour. Freddie will need feeding around 11 and the girls need to be in bed by 10 at the latest.” Patrick sighed and covered her mouth before she could say anymore. “We’ll be fine. Just look after yourselves.” He took his hand away as she nodded. “I’ll see tonight.” She said, wrapping him up in a hug. “Grace, come on. We have to get to our boyfriends before they think we’re not coming!” Jess shouted from outside. She chuckled and quickly pecked Patrick goodbye. As soon as she shut the door Pete clapped his hands. “What are you thinking now Pete?” Patrick sighed, following him into the living room. “Cassie recently has been beating me at poker. Fancy a game?” Patrick chuckled and shook his head. “Oh come on. Please!” Pete begged.

“Jess, this place is fucking crazy!” Grace yelled over the loud music. Jess smiled and headed for the bar. Laura was already eyeing up some guy at the other end of the bar. “Laura. Alex.” She sighed and plonked herself down at the bar next to Jess. Grace shook her head and placed herself next to Laura. “What can I get you darling?” The bar-tender said. “Vodka and coke please.” Laura interrupted. Grace ordered a straight glass of white wine while Jess stuck to lemonade, being pregnant and all. “Hears to the future Mrs. Patrick Stump!” Laura shouted raising her glass. Jess chimed in slowly followed by Grace. The chime of the glass tickled through Grace’s ears. This was real. She was marrying him. Life couldn’t be more perfect.

“2 Pair.” Cassie stated, laying her hand of cards on the ground. Pete sighed laid his useless hand on the ground. “Come-on then Uncle Trick!” She yelled childishly. Patrick laid out his also useless hand while Melody just threw her cards on the floor. “Melody. Come on sweetheart. You can’t win all the time.” Patrick told the child softly. She crossed her arms tightly across her chest and sighed in frustration. “Baby.” He whispered, pecking her forehead. The girl softened slightly and uncrossed her arms. “I think it’s time for bed Cassie.” Pete said softly as his daughter yawned. He lifted her and let her rest on his shoulder. “Come on Mel.” Patrick stated, lifting his child. They walked up the stairs and put their separate children into their beds. Patrick sang to both of them, sending them off into a sound sleep.

So Many Kids But I Only See You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

We ended up playing that game where you slap each other’s hands and whoever loses has to reveal a secret. I happen to be an expert, so I was winning 3 to 0. I waved my lobster hand in the air as I just got Patrick to reveal his biggest fear. “I hate going up to a bar and ordering a drink.” He whispered, embarrassed. “Whoa, someone has social anxiety.” I teased. He was blushing slightly but put his hands out for another round. “I’m going to get at least one secret out of you.” He hissed. I shook my head but put my hands out all the same. “If you win, I’ll reveal anything you want. But it ain’t going to happen.” Just then, he slapped my hands. The vibration went through my body, I wasn’t paying attention. “Oh yeah. Time for you to tell me a secret.” He teased.

I gulped but nodded. “Go on the Patty, ask away. I have nothing to hide.” He sniggered. “How do you know Pete so well?”

Shit. Anything but that. Absolutely anything.

“I thought he already told you...” He shook his head. “No, just talked about you ever so often. No details.” I sighed. “Well, he was my brother’s friend. And he used to babysit me sometimes. We just became real close friends.” He nodded along, obviously not taking anything in. “Did you know Sammy’s mom?” I nodded. “Yeah, pretty well.”

Too fucking well.

“I was just wondering what she got from Pete, because, and keep this to yourself. I don’t see a great deal of resemblance.” I shrugged. “She’s going to look exactly like her mom. I see a lot of her in Sammy.” I whispered, hoping that Patrick would drop this conversation. He nodded slowly. “You know what Pete said about you once?” I shrugged and sat cross-legged on the bed he leant me. “That he sees a lot of you in Sammy, and now I’ve seen you. I can see what he means.” I gulped. “Why the hell would he say that? I don’t see any of me in Sammy.” He shrugged. “I guess it happens sometimes.”

I nodded along with his suggestion. “Look, do you mind if I go to sleep, I’m exhausted.” I muttered, lying down on the bed. “You’re upset?” He questioned, coming next to me. I turned my body around so my back was to him, but he got up onto the bed with me and pushed my body down, so I was looking at him. “Did I say something to upset you?” He asked softly. I shook my head. “No, it’s just... I just think about Sammy’s mom in that car and, it’s depressing.” Patrick nodded a long; he obviously knew this part of the story.

The fiction that Pete told every time Sammy was mentioned.

The long story which he told in elaborate detail so we were always covered.

“She was young. I mean, how old was Sammy when she died?” I tried to remember. “About a month.” He nodded and rested his head down onto the pillow. “Don’t you like talking about this?” I shook my head and sighed. “No one does. Someone dies and everyone hates mentioning it in case they make someone upset.” He agreed and got up.

“You better get some rest; you’ve got to fly to LA in a few days.” I nodded, stripping off my hoodie. “Aren’t you coming with us?” I asked, slightly upset. “Yeah, but I’m used to jet-lag.” I giggled softly and pulled the duvet over my body. “Night Trick.” I said, shutting my eyes. I suddenly felt his hands pulling up my shoulders. Before I could ask what was wrong, his lips were crashed with mine.

I didn’t react; my body seemed to melt naturally into him compared to when William kissed me previously. They were completely different, William was rougher but exciting and Patrick was gentle and just leaves you begging more. He stopped, his breathing a lot heavier then it was previously.

“Sorry. I shouldn’t have done that.” He muttered, annoyed with himself.

I pulled on his shirt and kissed him. I know I shouldn’t have. I knew it was wrong, but I felt an impulse. He cupped my face and slid his tongue into my mouth, lying me down onto the bed. He suddenly stopped and leapt off me. “I can’t do this.” He hissed. I was breathing slowly and deeply. “Sorry. I shouldn’t have done that. I’m such a fucking idiot.”

He was fuming, slamming his fists into the wall.

“Sorry. I should go.” I whispered, picking my hoodie back up. He blocked the only exit. “No, I just. What I mean is that I should take things slow with you. I never normally do that.”

I nodded, wiping the tears away from my eyes.

“Don’t cry. I really like you. You should how hard it is not to, well y’know. Not being crude, lie you back onto that bed and have sex with you. I can’t do that to Pete. Or Adam. Or you.” I rubbed my lips together and threw my hoodie across the room, before leaping onto Patrick, attacking his lips.

“What they don’t know, won’t hurt them. ” I whispered.

“But, listen. You’re so fragile emotionally. I can’t just, basically fuck a girl and leave her.” I pecked his lips and cheek. “I understand.”  I got down off him and sighed. “Unless, you’re single and are willing to be my girlfriend...” I grinned and leapt onto him, resulting in us falling onto his bed.

1. Hello! How are you guys?

So Many Kids But I Only See You, But I Don't Think You Notice Me [Band Fanfic]

“So what time is All Time Low meant to be here?” Nicole sighed as me; her and Alison were the only remaining people mad enough to wait for them. “Soon I think.” Alison replied. Nicole rested her head on my shoulder and shut her eyes, I don’t think she was sleeping but it was pretty convincing. I glanced up at the clock on the wall. It was ten past midnight. “Alison, come on. We have a long journey to LA in a few days; we need to get jacked up on sleep.”  Alison sighed. “If they’re not here by half-past, we’ll leave.” She said. I nodded, I couldn’t exactly move due to Nicole. Alison was gripping her camera and her copy of ‘So Wrong, It’s Right’ for dear life. I was the holder of the Sharpie.

“I’m fucking exhausted.” I heard a guy say. Alison’s head shot straight up. “Come on Jack. You love this. Last night’s are always the toughest. We’ll be home soon.” Jack’s friend said, putting his arm around his shoulder. Alison was breathing deeply. Examining his face closer, I recognised him. Alex Gaskarth.  Alison was sat there, star-struck. I stood up, letting Nicole’s head slam onto the arm of the chair. “What the fuck?! Ow!”  That was smooth Nicole. Real smooth. Alex, Jack, Rian and Zack looked over at us. “Is she okay?” I nodded and lifted her up. “She’s just got a retarded mouth that won’t stop cursing.” I muttered.

Alison was still staring at them. Alex especially. I sighed. “Sorry to bother you guys, can you sign my friend’s CD before she OD’s on me?” Jack found it hilarious and took the Sharpie from my out-stretched hand.  Alison opened up the CD case and Jack, Zack and Rian signed it smiling. Alex, on the other hand was beaming. Beside his normal signature he drew a small little love heart. “Aww, Alex that’s really cute.” Jack said, making me chuckle. Alison was blushing as she took her CD away. “Umm, what’s your name?” He asked Ali. She gulped and rubbed her lips together. “Umm, Alison.” He smirked and clicked his fingers. “I love that name.” She beamed and handed me the CD. “I like it.” They were both just fidgeting, trying to force the frogs out of their throats.  Jack clapped his hands. “Alison has caused the impossible, Alex is lost for words!”  They laughed softly while Nicole laughed hysterically. We all stared at her. “I’ll just be going now...” She whispered before running for the lift. I shook my head, giggling, before looking back to Alison and Alex. “Well, before day break would be nice...” I muttered, nudging Alison into Alex. He caught her and smiled down at her. “Want to go have a drink?” Alison was in with a quick response. “Yes. Sure, I’d like that.” She gulped and breathed. “I mean, yeah whatever.”

I shook my head and laughed as Alison left with All Time Low. I shuffled towards the lift and waited for it. It came a few seconds later and within two minutes I was on my floor.  I slid my key through the reader and opened the door. I was hit with a pitch black room. “What the...” I felt for the light switch and managed to fill the room with a white glow. “Holy mother Mary of Jesus in hell!” I yelled in surprise and shock. Liana pulled the bed sheets over her body as someone fell onto the floor. “What the fuck is going on?” I asked.

Liana gulped and Brendon’s head bobbed up from beside the bed. “Umm, hi there Grace.” He said, blushing. I covered my eyes and turned my back to them. “I’m leaving, enjoy yourselves.”  I practically ran out of the room before bursting into hysterics. Then, I was hit with reality. With Brendon and Liana acting as mad as rabbits, where the hell would I sleep? I knocked on the door again and opened it, covering my eyes again. “Before you guys say anything, I need clothes and stuff so you guys have the bedroom for the night.” I turned my back to them and grabbed a clean pair of underwear, a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. I glanced back at Liana who was gripping the sheets very closely to her chest. Brendon was lying down, the towel just above his waist. I managed to contain my laughter. “I’ll see you in the morning.”

I walked out of the room, containing all my laughter until I shut the door again. I bent down so I was laughing at the pattern on the carpet. “Can you shut up!?” Patrick shouted out of his room. He started chuckling when he saw me. “What the hell is wrong with you?” He pulled me up by the shoulder. I breathed slowly so I could catch my breath.”I walked in on Liana and Brendon, he fell off and, oh my gabe, it was seriously embarrassing for them.” He started laughing with me. “That was seriously quick of Brendon, a new record for him getting a girl into bed.” I managed to calm my laughter down so that I could use whole sentences. “So, where you sleeping tonight?” He asked me, leaning against the wall. “You know what, I have no idea. I’ll just sleep in the corridor.” He shook his head and grabbed my hand. “I have a spare bed in my room.” I was pulled down the hall towards his room. “You sure?” He nodded and opened the door and let me in. “Thanks.” I leapt onto the spare bed and threw my spare clothes on the floor. “Did you know your bed’s really bouncy?” I said, bouncing up and down on my knees. He shrugged and sat down on his bed. “What do you want to do?”

The Best Of Us Can Find Happiness In Misery [Squeal to A Little Less Than Sixteen Candles.]

I thought I hadn't posted this story in a while, so I thought I would.

Even though the person she least expected was standing in front of her, she couldn’t help but feel some form of excitement. “Hey hey! Shocked to me!?” Grace laughed and wrapped her arms around her best friend’s waist. She and Laura went way back, she found her all those years ago in the school after the cutting incident. They hadn’t seen each other since then. Laura had been able to follow her and Patrick via magazines. “Come in. You’re going to get so cold!” Grace shouted, pushing Laura into the house. “Whoa. Nice place.” Grace smiled. “I like it. How did you find out I lived here?” Laura put down her backpack and grabbed a small piece of paper from it. “Your mum gave it to me. I was thinking about coming for a while now, but y’know. Work kept me busy.” Grace gulped; she had no clue what Laura or any of her old friends did these days. Laura chuckled. “I’m a fashion designer in London. I sometimes come to New York, so I thought I’d come a see you on one of my NY trips.” Grace nodded and leant against the kitchen cabinet. “Your dream came true then?” Laura laughed but nodded all the same. “I see your dream came true too. You got with Patrick.” Grace nodded and smiled, twisting the new engagement ring she had received around her finger.

Laura looked down at Grace’s hands, noticing the glimmer of diamonds. Her mouth fell open and she grabbed Grace’s left hand. “Ow! I’d like my hand still attached to my arm!” Grace yelled. Laura gently glided her finger over the array of diamonds. “When did this happen?” She asked. Grace smiled “Last night. He sang to me then asked me on the deck. I was in tears, well almost.” She quickly added at the end, she still had a tough girl image to protect. “It’s a nice one. Very nice.” Laura stated, before wolf-whistling. “It’s a keeper. If someone gave me a ring like that, I’d marry him.” Grace smirked. “You can’t have Trick. He’s mine.” Laura smiled and chuckled. “I have a boyfriend thanks. You remember Alex Drage; he was in our year at school?” Grace nodded, remembering a tall boy who was in her Drama class at school. He was also a talented singer and guitarist. “Yeah, guitarist right?” Laura nodded as she followed Grace into the kitchen. “Yep, well we started dating in college. He’s so nice to me.” Grace smiled and switched on the kettle. “He was always nice to me. Look, you don’t mind if I shower do you?” Laura shook her head and sat down at the table.

Grace ran up the stairs bumping into Patrick balancing their two children. “Oh fuck. Are they okay?” Grace asked, taking Freddie from him. “They’re fine. Stop worrying. Jess called on your cell just now, she wanted to know if you’d come out tonight to celebrate us getting engaged?” Grace walked into Freddie’s room, putting him in the crib. “I can’t, who will look after Mel and Freddie?” Patrick put Mel down, who ran back into her room. “Me and Pete can manage if you got with your friends for one night.” Grace turned around and let Patrick hug her. “You sure?” Patrick sighed and kissed the top of Grace’s nose. “Yes. You’ll go stir-crazy being left in here.” Grace chuckled and wrapped her arms around Patrick. “Thank you.” Patrick pecked her lips softly. “No need to thank me. You need to have fun with friends.”

“So is Cassie and Melody having a sleepover?” Grace asked. Patrick nodded. “Most likely.” She sighed and pulled herself away. “I need to get some beds set up Mel’s room.” Patrick grabbed her hand. “I can do that later. Right now we need to shower as you have a friend downstairs.” Grace slapped her forehead. “Shit.” He laughed and pulled her closer. “Well, to save time, we could take a shower together.” She shook her head and bit her bottom lip. “You are so horney.” Grace stated. Patrick sighed and let her hand go. “But, it sounds a good idea.” Grace added, pushing him into their bedroom. Thank the lord for the en-suite was all they could think about.

I have a small amount of drama coming.

I just had a idea.

:P

Love you xo
